The Texoma Workforce Development Board and the Southern Oklahoma Workforce Investment Board have joined forces with many of the economic development organizations across a 13-county region along the Texas and Oklahoma borders, and created the Texoma Regional Consortium (TRC) as a way to engage participating counties in defining a vision for the future prosperity of the region. |
