3 Oklahoma-Based Companies Among Fortune's 100 Fastest-Growing Companies

September 1, 2009 - Tulsa-based Arena Resources is No. 8 on Fortune's annual listing of the 100 fastest-growing companies. Two other Oklahoma-based companies also made this year's list.

Oklahoma City-based LSB Industries is No. 34, while Tulsa-based Helmerich & Payne while is No. 94.

According to an earnings report, for the first six months of 2009, Arena Resources increased its oil and gas sales volumes to more than 950,000 barrels and 990,000 million cubic feet.
