NextGen Aviation Services, LLC announced today that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has officially renewed its Part 145 Repair Station Certificate (2PBR941B), marking a major milestone following the company’s successful relocation from Chino, California to its new facility at Ponca City Regional Airport (KNPC).
The newly established 30,000-square-foot operation significantly expands NextGen’s capabilities, supporting business aviation, regional, and narrowbody aircraft, while introducing a dedicated engine hospital shop focused on commercial jet engines.
The initial focus will be the popular CFM56-7B engines on Boeing 737 New Generation aircraft and eventually expand to include the GE CF34 line of engines.
“The move to Ponca City positions us at the center of one of the fastest-growing aerospace regions in the country,” said Eric Haymes, Chairman and Accountable Manager of NextGen Aviation Services. “Oklahoma’s commitment to aerospace—through infrastructure, workforce development, and pro-business policy—creates an ideal environment for us to scale quickly.”
NextGen is aggressively expanding its service offerings to include:
- Rapid-response AOG support
- Engine field services and hospital visits
- Engine teardowns and module-level work
- Lease return and pre-purchase inspections
- Engine changes and aircraft light maintenance checks
“Our focus is simple,” Haymes added. “Deliver highly responsive, technically precise service that operators can trust when downtime matters most.”
