The Oklahoma Department of Commerce submits a State Plan to the U.S. Department of Energy annually regarding the implementation of the Oklahoma Low-Income Weatherization Assistance Program.
The 2026 State Plan (Program Year July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027) will be available on the Oklahoma Department of Commerce website for public review and comment from August 24 through September 8, 2026.
Written comments concerning the drafted plan may be submitted to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, Community Development, 900 N. Stiles Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73104, or by email to Kayla Cornett at kayla.cornett@okcommerce.gov. Comments received after 5:00 PM, September 8, 2026, will not be accepted.

Public Hearing Scheduled
The Oklahoma Department of Commerce will hold an in-person and virtual public hearing via Zoom on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM to provide a brief overview of the Plan and to receive comments.
